CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES

Cancellations and Changes

In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Destiny BajaSur operates a strict cancellation policy:

48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund

24 hours or more prior to excursion date - date changes, subject to availability

Less than 48 hours prior to tour date, as well as no shows and late arrivals - no refunds 

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us toll-free from Los Cabos at +52 (624) 179 1747. All changes are subject to availability.

Charges to your Credit or Debit Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed on Destiny BajaSur’ official site - this is typically reflected in your account within 24 hours. If the date that you choose is unavailable, Destiny BajaSur will offer an alternative day or time. A 12% fee will be added at the time of purchase and will be determined at the point of checkout.

Prices and Exchange Rates

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. 

Credit Card Safety

Destiny BajaSur wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your tour, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in.
